From Fear to Freedom: How to Live the Life You Want
Kathy Clabby appeared as a guest on Get a G.R.I.P. with Coach Elix where she shared insightful and meaningful information that I believe can guide others on their journey from fear to freedom. Kathy’s Guides speak through her, and she shares her truth with all who will listen.
Kathy is an experienced Intuitive, Workshop, and Channel leader who has transformed her life and the lives of others. She is deeply connected with the Spirit and Guides and shares that connection with others, taking ownership of her worries and fears and transforming them into freedom and positive changes.
You can overcome the roadblocks holding you back, similar to how Kathy connected with the Spirit and achieved her freedom.
During the “Get a G.R.I.P.” podcast, we spoke about embracing fear and connecting with our inner spirit. Kathy did a card reading for us and told us about her experiences.
Connecting to Your Inner Spirit
Fear often holds us back from achieving our dreams and can be the little voice in the back of our head saying, “You can’t, “You won’t,” or “You’ll fail.” We often get stuck in the past and relive our mistakes, even though we cannot change what has already passed. Instead, Kathy Clabby emphasizes being present and “in the moment,” starting with grounding through the five senses.
Ask yourself:
What do I see right now?
What can I hear or smell?
What is my environment?
Such centering separates you from being entangled in old memories. Instead, it connects you to the here and now. You can dwell on things and stay stuck in a place that is no longer here, or you can choose to move forward in the present, making new strides and changing your life for the better.
Another step for shifting from fear to freedom and a spiritual connection is rewriting your story. Everyone’s perspective differs, and it is often easy to get wrapped in a daily drama full of negativity, bad news, and hysteria.
However, you can create something new and positive through storytelling. You are transforming a past story, connecting with it, and adding tidbits of the present to it, making it different and perhaps better. You can reshape negatives into positives.

The G.R.I.P. Method
G.R.I.P. stands for “Greatness Requires Intention & Purpose,” and many who have followed this method can attest to that. This strategy helps people find their goals, inspirations, and visions and execute them with clear intentions through planning, purpose, and integrity. It works with science and psychology to make dreams a reality.
It is a roadmap that guides you through struggles and hardships, with the final destination being the life you want to lead or the changes you wish to make. The G.R.I.P. Method offers a plan to go from fear to freedom and helps you break away from where past attempts did not work.
