Today’s Guests: Jessica Jacobs and Allison Wright

Jessica Jacobs and Allison Wright are managing partners at their shared business, 3 Keys Consulting. At work, they focus on helping clients unlock their full potential while ensuring their brands have the tools to handle future challenges and growth. They aim to help businesses and their owners find their identities and become successful by exercising their strengths and improving their weaknesses.

Nourishing the Spirit at Home

Accessing and using your full potential begins with nourishing your spirit. People might discard their passion or stunt their growth because they feel they may not have the time due to the demands of their home and work life. However, Allison Wright, who balances nurturing a vibrant, extensive family with work, says you move toward your dreams “through other people. It could be a friend. It could be your parent. It could be somebody you just met on the street.”

She further says these support networks can put people more in charge of their paths. When properly delegated, these individuals can help a person better pursue opportunities to nourish their spirit to achieve their goals and succeed.

Uncovering Passion for Work

Jessica Jacobs says, “I still had to find a way to leverage my passion and still get to a point where I could one day do what I wanted to do.” In addition to nourishing the spirit, she expresses the importance of nurturing ideas about which you feel passion. Although now may not be the right time to harvest your idea’s fruits, you can still work toward making it part of your reality

Finding Freedom Through Identity

When people pursue their ideas and passions, they inevitably face challenges by balancing their home and work life and personal goals. One challenge they face involves masking their true self. Jessica and Allison advise that revealing one’s true self to others helps one find much-needed freedom.

Their leadership can assist others in identifying their goals and mapping out the process to meet them. A part of that process lies in remaining true to and expressing your authentic self throughout challenges.

The G.R.I.P. Method

G.R.I.P. stands for "Greatness Requires Intention & Purpose," and many who have followed this method can attest to that. This strategy helps people find their goals, inspirations, and visions and execute them with clear intentions through planning, purpose, and integrity. It works with science and psychology to make dreams a reality.

It is a roadmap that guides you through struggles and hardships, with the final destination being the life you want to lead or the changes you wish to make. The G.R.I.P. Method offers a plan to go from fear to freedom and helps you break away from where past attempts did not work.
