Asking the right questions will show you the boundless possibilities and endless horizons ahead of you, as long as you don't allow your negative thinking to stand in your way.

Are you ready to unlock everything you can achieve in your life? You won't want to miss this episode.

Meet Donna Karlin: The Shadow Coach

Donna Karlin, The Shadow Coach, helps people realize their limitless potential. She has international recognition as a keynote speaker, author, lecturer, and leader. She has certification in Organizational Psychology, has published a book, and has coached speakers for TED Talks.

Donna is a G.R.I.P. podcast regular, with this episode being her sixth time on the show. She always shares priceless tips about discovering the boundless possibilities available to everyone after getting past self-doubt.

Finding Freedom in Growth

Many people speak of "reaching your maximum potential," but Donna argues that this isn't possible. You have endless horizons to work with because potential is on a spectrum. You never reach the end because your potential changes as you grow.

People allow setbacks and insecurity to limit their growth. To combat these self-imposed barriers, Donna encourages you to look at your past self and determine if you would handle today's hardships the same way. The answer will likely be no since we are constantly changing and becoming better versions of ourselves.

A Limitless Spirit Asks Questions

When life hits you with a hardship or two—or three—Donna says to ask, "What is so perfect when it clearly isn't?" instead of asking, "Why me?" To find the endless horizon, you have to grow through the roadblocks by asking questions. Asking "Why me?" can set you back with a victim mentality, but asking yourself how you can use the hardship to better yourself will open you up to boundless possibilities for growth and self-discovery.

The G.R.I.P. Method

G.R.I.P. stands for "Greatness Requires Intention & Purpose," and many who have followed this method can attest to that. This strategy helps people find their goals, inspirations, and visions and execute them with clear intentions through planning, purpose, and integrity. It works with science and psychology to make dreams a reality.

It is a roadmap that guides you through struggles and hardships, with the final destination being the life you want to lead or the changes you wish to make. The G.R.I.P. Method offers a plan to go from fear to freedom and helps you break away from where past attempts did not work.
